About Sonshine School
Sonshine School is a family outreach ministry of North Street Church of Christ, which began as a Mother's Day Out program in 1987. It originally served parents and their children three days a week until 2000 — when it was expanded to a five-day-a-week program and became a state-licensed facility.
At Sonshine School we provide a safe place to learn about God through Bible stories, songs and prayer. Our classes are divided in a manner that allows teachers to provide age-appropriate learning. Our mission is to share the love of Jesus with students, parents and the community.
For more information or to find out how to register, please contact Director Amanda Petersen at (936) 560-1016 or email at [email protected].
